Maple Syrup
In early spring, the sap begins to run at Harris Farm. In March, we tap our Sugar Maple trees and and collect the sap to make maple syrup. Our syrup is available in half pint, pint, quart, and half gallon containers at our farm store (while supplies last).
Harris Farm has long been famous for our sweet corn, which we have been marketing since the early 1950's. We plant over twenty varieties of Sugar Enhanced and Super Sweet to have a constant supply from mid-July through Mid-October.

Our corn is hand-picked several times throughout the day to ensure freshness. You won't find sweeter, fresher corn anywhere.
We offer our own seasonal vegetables at our farm store and Saco Farmers' market. All of our veggies are hand-picked to ensure quality and freshness.
