Our free-range veal calves nurse off of the mother cows, grazing on lush pasture during the summer months. In the winter, they live in large group pens, where they also nurse off of mother cows and are fed hay. They grow naturally and slowly, never receiving powdered formulas or artificial growth stimulants. The result is a truly superior veal.
